What started as a personal vision grew into something real thanks to the people who believed in it. Pole Position Club was never about clothing. It was about sharing a passion beyond the track.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For customers residing in the Netherlands, the typical order arrival window is 1-3 business days.

International orders however may incur extended delivery times due to the longer travel and a different delivery company.

We're committed to ensuring a swift and efficient delivery process for your satisfaction.

How do i track my order?

Upon dispatch of your order, a tracking number will be sent to your email (please also check your spam folder).

Our fulfillment process is typically handled by DPD or UPS, depending on your delivery location. The shipping method will be shown in your order checkout.

Generally we fulfill orders with DPD for The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria. Delivery to other countries will be fulfilled by UPS.

Does Pole Position Club ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location.

We ship our products Europe, North-America, South-America, and Bahrain.

What is your return policy?

You can find the full return policy here. Because Pole Position Club is start-up, we can't afford to pay for the return shipping. Unfortunately returns will be on the cost of the client and will be the clients responsibilty. We will refund your order once received in our warehouse.

How can i request a return?

Requesting a return is simple. Log in (top right) using the email you previously used. Then, click on the order you want to return and initiate the return process! We will review the return request and provide approval. Once we receive the returned product, the refund process will be initiated. This may take up to a maximum of 10 days after receiving the returned order.

Please note that returning the item incurs shipping costs for the customer.
